Our Story
Our authentic old Dalmatian terrace is located next to a dry-stone-built stone church from 1723, built by Šimun Perota. It was after him that our family received the nickname Šimunovi through generations, and his story has remained forever connected with the name of our restaurant. In old records, the church is mentioned as the Oratory of Saint Roch, a place that has preserved the spirit of tradition, community and the Dalmatian way of life for centuries. Today, in the same historic surroundings, we welcome our guests with a warm atmosphere, genuine hospitality and the flavors of Dalmatian cuisine. Our terrace is not just a place to enjoy a meal, but a space where the past, family tradition and the pleasure of good food come together.
